15 hp Suzuki 4 stroke starts then stalls

My 15 hp has electric start option and hasn't been used the last 2 years other then being kicked over.
It will start and the glow plug comes on but then stalls. Tried pushing the choke in or half choke but nothing works. Throttle seems to be stuck but I think moves if I put it in gear.
Can anyone help.
 
Hi Simon,
Did you land on the Honda outboard forum by mistake? Sounds like you need someone experienced with Suzuki carbs. You could ask the forum administrators to move your membership over by clicking on the black triangle with the ! mark located at the bottom of your post. You will probably get some better answers over there.
