DT115 how to check crankshaft end seal

Hi, anyone know of an easy to do at home test, to see if the crankshaft end seal is OK or needs replacement? Thanks for any help.

I think this is a problem with the four strokes and not the DT series.

Problem with 4 strokes? A 4 stroke may not like water in the oil, but does not rely on crankshaft pressure to run, such as a 2 stroke does!
