2002 BF130 hard to shift when trimmed up.

My 2002 Honda BF130 is hard to shift when the motor is trimmed up, ie when manuevering around the dock or boat lift. It seems like the shift cable is stiff if the motor is trimmed up. I con't find anything specific to lube. Is there any adjustment for this?
