dt 55 hp suzuki outboard wont start

i have a 85 -90 dt 55 hp outboard went fishing saturday it ran good then i shut it offf to fish and went to start it back up wouldnt start i tried for hours to get it to start so i come back home cleaned the carbs changed the fuel cleaned the tank and changed the plugs and ran some 89 octane gas still nothing i am at a loss here anyone have anything that may help me to look for and i also checked for spark and it has spark in all 3 cyl.
 
It was the fly wheel key now it runs bit keeps chirping what is this problem and sometimes now it will cut down in cylnders or it seems that way it looses power then picks back up again
