2008 suzuki 250

Purchased engine new with boat it currently only has 35 hours use. When it went in for the first service there was a noise that sounds like a slipping fan belt when the engine was at idle speed after a run at cruising speed. The Suzuki service dealer checked it out and said they could not duplicate the sound. Said they have never heard of the problem. It has continued and I have contacted the factory service rep. and he also says never heard of this problem. It is now more consistant. Has anyone ever had any experience with this problem. It is still under the 6 year warranty.

Typical upper driveshaft bearing failure. Someone did not fill the gearcase correctly. Thanks Martin
