My friend has a 25 hp suzuki 4 stroke that will not throttle up smoothly. What if any suggestions can you give with this limited knowledge of motor. He says compression and spark are good. He runs this motor just about every week and all of sudden it started acting up on him. He has replaced spark plugs but didn't help.
