75hp Mariner oil consumption problem

Serial 0G039893, Grey Hood, MARINER in a charcoal band, 75 in RED with a RED band in front of the 75.
1st - I need a year so I can buy a manual. Any ideas?

2nd - I am burning lots of oil, had the injector pump replaced, but same problem. Mechanic told me that there is not a way to adjust the pump, it is what it is.

I went thru the decarb steps with muffs and also on the water. Ran like a champ full out for about 50 minutes, then loaded up again. Was not sure I was going to get back to the dock. Rough idle.

Help with the year, can I adjust the injector pump or even bipass it?

More info. This is a three cylinder engine and has 121 PSI on all three cylinders.

Have your dealer / shop perform an oil pump " output test "------------I believe they are adjustable.

Thank you. Any help on the year? I would really like to purchase a service manual. Also, any pitfalls to bypassing the injector pump and go back to mixing gas?

0G039893 is a 1994 Model number 7075412CD MARINER 75 ELPTO (3 CYLINDER)

Merc service manual part number is 90-830234R04 - covers the 75/75 MARATHON, 75 SEA PRO, 90/100/115/125 - 65/80 JET
