Serial #0B350202 What is it?? What year?

Thanks a ton. I just bought the boat and now little about these engines. Is it true that I can put the 200 carbs reeds/block and get a considerable ho boost. Will I have to do the timing and massage the exhaust?? Any and all help will be appreciated..

You might want to try reposting your new question out on the main Mercury outboard forum for a little better response. All the good guys that know outboards better then me don't come down here in the what year do i have section very often.;)

Also this may be a good question Faztbullet over on iboats, He seems to know his engine upgrades pretty well.
