MD 2020 B low power and now won't start

Hello all,
Starboard MD 2020 on our 1998 Endeavour Cat suddenly would not increase RPM beyond idle. Verified throttle linkage ok. Verified fuel kill switch working properly and is off. Changed out fuel lift pump, bled air from engine but would not start (port engine starts fine - so probably not a fuel problem). Verified fuel to injectors but still would not start. Changed out starter - no change - engine would still not start. Verified batteries fully charged (195 amps to starter).
Suspect possible burnt cylinders/blowby. Compression check pending.
Any comments or similar experiences?

Check for fuel in oil. Pour few drops of engines used oil on newspaper, wait for it to soak in, and look for ring around the oil (that is fuel). You need compression and timing in order to start (on top of starter RPM and fuel). Check compression, post back with results
