My Honda 90 has a squeel when I acelerate from idle but disappears when I add trottle . It seem to happen at a low rpm setting . Has any one had this problem.
 
I've no experience with that but I was wondering if it could be a resonance being created by something that is loose and vibrating. For instance, if the motor wasn't clamped tightly to the transom it would sort of slide and twist around during your hole shot. Just a thought.
 
Is your whole shot a little less than previously? If so, it could be the prop hub slipping. Pull your prop and closely examine the area where the rubber hub attaches to the metal prop, look for cracks all around the connection and evidence of slipping, which will often show up as slightly twisted rubber when it meets the metal.

Another alternative would be the drive shaft bearing in your lower unit, but I not familiar enough with the 90 to tell you how to diagnose it.
