Identifying 2004 30 hp Mercury, Is it even a Mercury.

Hi, I have a 2004 30 hp Mercury 2 stroke that I am trying to find a starter motor for. The S/N is on040664, M/N is ME30ML. I can not find any information on this motor except that it may be a Tohatsu motor with a Yamaha power head. Does anyone know what this motor is or the part number for a starter motor?
