Cleaned carbs with electrostatic – tubes inspect fine, no cracks – Changed fuel filter – Run only recreation non-ethenol fuel – Balanced carbs – Idles excellent. – once up to speed it is sluggish, and does not hit top RPM.

Problem is in the transition from idle to full throttle, it dies – unless I inch it up very slowly slowly slowly - Then it reached higher RPM, but not its full potential

The #2 cylinder is the only one firing. When the plug wire is pulled from #2 cylinder, the engine dies. Swap #2 plug out with #3 cylinder’s plug and same result – pull #2 plug wire and engine dies.
There is spark at other cylinders, but I guess not enough? What do you think?

The spark on Hondas is very small. It is probably not the spark.

Go back to basics....

Take compression and check all the cylinders.

Check valve clearances.

Spark plugs?

Check the fuel for water.

Carb sync could be way out.

You can normally verify that the carbs are clogged...if you disconnect the plastic choke linkage that connects all the carburators. Then with the motor running, manually operate the choke lever on each of the carbs of the cylinders that are not firing. If the cylinder kicks in, then there is still a carb issue.
