200 HP Suzuki lower unit

I have water getting into my lower unit. I think its coming in from my rear seal. I have had to remove fishing line a few times from it. No oil leaks out but I am getting water in. This has been going on for a few years. The question I have is Does this seal install from the outside? Is it something I can fix? Or could th water be coming in somewhere else? I use this boat all of the time and have prob 2000 hrs on the moter. Thanks guys.
 
There is no place for guessing here.--------------Lower unit / gears cost plenty of money.-----------Have a shop do a pressure / vacuum test on your lower unit to find the leak.------Money well spent and money " saved "
