You would find this info inside your engine service manual part number 90-435093.

If it's a manual start, than it weighs 95 lbs & If it has electric start, it'll weigh 98.5lbs.

Thanks guys! *I have an electric start model and, FWIW, wanted to know so I'll be able to figure out how much heavier a higher Hp Tohatsu motor would be. My '56 FeatherCraft Rocket is rated for a 35 Hp (50's era, of course) and I want something more powerful but not a whole lot heavier. *I've been leaning towards a 40 Tohatsu from the mid 90's which, although its 5hp higher than the rated max, its only about 35 lbs heavier.*
Next step is to find out if there are any pros and cons I should know about getting one of these motors. Guess I'll post some questions on the Tohatsu section.
