Working on 2008 Df 150
Engine has no power to key switch.
All fuse's are ok . Have power to main relay and ECU
No power out of ECU . Should the orange/white wire
out of ECU have 12 volts to the key switch?

White 10-12 gauge wire should be connected to positive lead on battery, hase square fuse box with spare closest to battery connection. Trace this wire to insure proper connection at control box...
 
Also had issue with mine earlier this year, brown wires under console coming off key switch; disconnect and reconnect them. It solved my problem. They are designed to be an easy disconnect. They corrode a little and don't make good contact.
