2006 suzuki shutting off

I have a 2006 suzuki engine that i just purchased. It starts up every time. The only thing is when it starts up it idles up then idles down like normal and then shuts off. But it starts right back up. If I give it a little bit of throttle it will stay running and run fine. Also, it doesn't shut off every time I crank it up but it seems like it is doing it a little more now than it used to. Other than that it runs very good.
 
Iac - idle air control valve is either dirty or out of adjustment. Typically when brought in for yearly service, this component should be inspected for spec's. The only way to fix this problem is to either clean, reinstall and adjust (via computer program only) or replace current iac valve.
