1985 120 hp timing johnson

hey guys, i have a 120 hp johnson 1985 looper. how do i disengage the neautral safty switch so i can turn over the motor with the throtle wide open.everything else about timing this motor dry i understand. tks! :confused:

Just remove the throttle cable at the motor and have an assistant hold it manually at full throttle !
