2003 honda 130 oil leaking

My 130 hp has engine oil leaking out from by the propeller. I did a compression check and that turned out fine. I pulled the starter to check for oil around the flywheel but didn't see any. The cavity by the flywheel was nice and clean. I wanted to check with you before I start taking the lower unit off. Do you have any idea where the leak is coming from or what could be wrong?
 
Well, I finally found out what the problem is on my 2003 honda 130 outboard. There was a small hole in the bottom of the oil pan, next to the plug. It didn't appear to be corrosion to me.....it looked like a weak spot in the metal that finally gave way. The motor is 8 years old and has about 1000 hours on it, so, it is well beyond the warranty stuff. Anyway, we'll have it fixed and running soon. I also noticed some corrosion between the engine head and block. We're changing the head gasket too.
