ive almost completely overhauled this engine , or i should say the fuel system in the boat,, now i cant seem to get the govenor lever in the right position for the trottle cable to work,, the two lever look like the run off centre,, im sure there is a certain position they have to be in for the govenor to come out and connect,, im not sure if its out so far as possible to the govenor, or where??? trottle dont seem to want to work,, think it will if i can center thses levers in the right position,, any help appreciated, thanks
