I have a 95' bayliner with a 4 cylinder two-stroke engine(made by us marine) the boat itself is 21 feet long and a stern drive.Can I swap a 4 cylinder 4stroke engine into this boat?The 2 stroke engine is dirty(pollution) and problematic.
 
Ayuh,... I believe you have 1 of the dreaded L-drives...

There's really Nothing you can do to it, nor for it...

If that's what you have....... Ditto Bondo!
Don't throw good money after bad!
Cut your losses and move on to another hull with a Volvo Penta or Merc..... Volvo being my first choice.
