steer's very hard right under power

glastron carlson. mercruiser 260. blew power steering hose. replaced and added pluid. very hard to turn right under power, let go of wheel and turns left on its own:confused::(
 
I seem to have the same problem on my Mercruiser :s haven't tried anything yet, as I have no idea what could be causing it.

Any thoughts?
