1995 DT6 longshaft runs only with choke, not well, will not idle. I cleaned the carb, and followed the service manual regarding float height. What gives? Opened fuel pump looks clean. Can post videos...
 
Running with choke on clearly indicates a carburetor blockage.----------------Revisit the carburetor cleaning , you may have missed something !--------------Carburetor must be taken apart for cleaning and jets must be taken out and verified clean.
 
I think they mean " up side down " -------that is how most floats are specified.-----------Not sure what they mean by " adjuster " ------to me it looks like a bowl drain.-----------------Jets are # 16 / 17 and # 6 the pilot screw for airflow at low speed.
