F150 Four Stroke Neutral/Cylinder Cutout Switch Adjustment

I am looking for instructions on adjusting the Neutral/Cylinder Cutout switch on my 2006 150.

As I slow down from a plane and bring the throttle back to the lowest RPM's, 750 in forward, the switch is engaging that shuts down a cylinder to remove pressure from the gears to allow shifting back to neutral. This switch must be only slightly off because if I continue to idle at these rpm in forward the engine runs again on all cylinders. If I move to neutral and back to forward it wil run on all cylinders. Is the switch located under the cowling at the cable connections, or at the side mount throttle? Any advice or articles on proper procedure to make this adjustment would be appreciated.
