Hello everyone.
I stopped by a friends today on my quad and he was trying to re-install his lower unit after putting an impellor in but we were unable to figure it out.
Several things went wrong for us.
Can any one run through the procedure to re-install for us?
One thing in particular is that he mentioned that the small aluminum ramped piece for that locks the motor in reverse fell off when he took it off and we don't know which position it should be in to re-install.?
tHE SERIAL NUMBER FOR THE MOTOR IS OA743410. A three cylinder 50 hp motor.
