Need Year, RPM info & Prop Recommendation

I recently purchased a used 25 HP Evinrude outboard that I would like to upgrade the prop on.
I don't have the year or rpm info yet so I'm hoping to find some assistance here.

The information found on the motor mount is as follows:
Model # E25RCNB Serial # E0067215

I'll be running this engine on a Sea Eagle SR-14 Inflatable boat which I intend to be hauling
camping gear to semi remote locations. So I am much more interested in hauling capacity
than I am in high speed applications.

That's a 1982 model motor with a WOT rpm rating of 4500-5500. Your parts diagrams are here: http://www.marineengine.com/parts/johnson-evinrude-parts.php?year=1982&hp=25&model=E25RCNB The props are in the gearcase section. With a boat of that type loaded with gear I doubt you'd find much difference between props. If you're going to semi remote places I'd think just having a spare prop, prop nut and cotter pin is a good idea.
