usb connection problems

I'm having issues with my USB connection from motor to lap top. I'm an outboard mechanic and I'm wondering whether i need a driver for this USB or not. I've downloaded your software ( which worked on my last lap top) and for some reason it's not reading. How can I reach you or what should I do to resolve this issue??

in some cases u need usb driver but it really depended to your computer version.new version of computer will auto search for the usb location.may be u also should check you software wire connection.
