Need some help with a TAMD 61A. We have a 42' Neptune Sedan with two TAMD 61A . The Starboard engine losses power after about 1 hour operating in all power phases from max to idle. The engine produces black smoke and RPM will not go higher than 1500RPM. Fuel is fed from one tank to both engines. Have replaced Fuel and air Filters with no improvement. Do these engines have a bypass valve for the Turbocharger? And if so could this be failing open??? Need ideas please.
