Evinrude small motor identification

This is a small motor with no Model # on the boat clamp, but it does have a Serial # on the clamp (Serial # 1802S-E09757). If any one can help identify the horsepower and year of manufacture, it would be appreciated.
 
Your model number is the first 4 digits 1802 which is a 68 1.5hp. The S tells something about the motor such as shaft length maybe longer for use on a sailboat.
