60 HP old Johnson Triumph

Have a 60 HP Johnson Triumph. Model 60073D, Serial J08506. Friend give it to me. Hard to turn down something free. He said the engine runs fine but the electric shift has problems. Like to know what year it is. Never heard of electric shift. What kind of problem is involved in fixing shift?
 
It should be in forward when the motor is not running !-------------Shifts by oil pressure as soon as the motor is running if 12 volts is applied to the green wire and to reverse if 12 volts is applied to green AND blue together.
