I have both wet elbow exhausts leaking at the weld of the water jacket where the elbow meets the riser. Also had both aftercoolers start to fracture and leak where the shell meets the rear mounting bracket. Volvo refused to achnowledge problem, but redesigned the rear mounting bracket to eliminate the fracture point at the shell seam on the replacement parts. Engines are 2006 with 600 hours. Has anyone heard of tech bulletins or had tany similar issues?
