not pumping oil

I have a 1990 yamaha 200 oil injected motor the oil from the main tank will not feed the motor,it only feeds from the auxilary tank on the block.I can pump oil manualy to the aux tank with the toggle switch on the back of the block but the main will not feed the motor. I have checked the pump on the main tank it comes on when power is applied and I have checked hoses for clogs. Is there a inline fuse in the harness that I should be looking for? or do you have any ideas on where to look next?
 
How is your trim indicator working? Not sure if that year the sender would cause interruption in pump operation if the ECM thinks the motor is tilted. The float sensor in the tank under the cowl is normally what controls that pump.
