This I am told a rare occurance however we have it. The Port Ford SABRE 180 Turbo engine overheated due to the drive belt failing and the alarm not sounding, after allowing to cool and refiiting a new belt the engine behaved badly, it was compressing and blowing water out of the header tank, this water also had oil in it. A new head gasket was fitted this stopped the compressing but we still have engine oil in the water which in 2 hours running clogs the "stack" and the raw water is unable to carry away the heat, hence we overheat and have to shut down to tick over to allow the engine to cool. This of course was not acceptable, so the head was removed and sent to be pressure checked, no fault was found other than the head was warped and it was refaced and the valves reset. After refitting with new head gasket we have no compressing but still have oil in the water jacket, any suggestions re a cure will be greatly appreciated
