1986 DT55 will not start

I have a 1986 DT55 that ran fine untill I changed out the shift and throttle cables, now it turns over but will not start, I am sure that I have the settings right but no spark. I think I might have missed an adjustment somewhere. any ideas out there?
 
If you have a nutural safty switch,check that!!make sure motor is in nutural,sounds like adjustment is out like you said.
