'98 SW 130 Dies!

Gents,
Engine will not go above 2k rpm under load and eventually dies upon attempt. Engine will exceed 3k rpm in neutral.
Changed plugs with gap .039" and changed out the water seperator. What else can I do??

Clean out carbs??
 
Guys,
Forgot to add: it idles great. Under load it is slow to accelerate and upon reaching 1800-2000 rpm starts to die. Electronic, carbs or ?
