5hp outboard wont start

I have a 2001 5hp 2 stroke yamaha. I recently replaced the kill button and had the carburetor rebuilt. It ran fine for a day and a half then quit working. I have fresh gas mixed 50:1 and I replaced the spark plug (gapped @ .024) and it still wont start. Any ideas?
