Lehman 225 Marine heat exchanger repair

My heat exchanger internal copper tubing leaks. Can it be repaired? Is a part available? What are my best options?

I doubt that it would be practical to repair it. Heat exchangers are available from several different places. The easiest would be from American Diesel Corp. The owner, Bob Smith used to be the president of Lehman Corp., so they can get pretty much anything you might need for those motors. Their phone number is (804) 435-3107. They are very knowlegable on these motors. Hope this helps.
 
If you can find the tube that is leaking then it can be blocked, but there are about 100 tubes in the stack at least so unless obviose then a new one will be required. From what you say can you taste salt water in the header tank?
