1984 AQ260 belts......help?

How do I replace the belt that runs from the power steering pump to the crankshaft pulley. I know its a stupid question but having issues......lol.... there is a bracket that goes from power steering pump to alternator.

obviously you cant loosen the belt tension on the crank pulley side, so you loosen the PS bracket that tensions the belt, remove old belt, install new one, and pry PS pump away from the crank pulley (to tension new belt) and then tighten bracket.
