My motor will stall out when trying to troll with it. It will not stay running at low idle. The slowest that the motor will stay running at is 3.8 mph which is to fast for trolling. Should this motor be able to run slower? To fix this can i lean the carbs out a bit at low idle. I believe i can turn out the adjuster screw on each carb? RIGHT? it is number 13 on the parts list.
