My 2004 Merc 225 2 stroke efi has been running great..but over the weekend it started running rough, would not get above 102 degrees (96 on a hose I checked all the plugs, and see a greyish deposit on all 3 of the port cylinders, probably water. Found a slit in the priming bulb, though maybe water got in through that, replaced it, drained and cleaned the gas filter, plugs, no help. Starboard cylinders don't seem to have any water on plugs. Is this a blown head gasket, or something else?
