Yamaha F115 EFI 4 stroke 100hrs need to adjust idle

The engine is stalling sometimes at low 500 rpm in gear. Can you adjust idle up? How do you do it? In neutral it is not stalling. Stalls when it's warm At low idle.
 
It is set by the TPS

You need the computer program to get it 100% but you could use your tach and set it that way
