Hi,
We have a Sealine with 2x Volvo Penta KAD 42.
The problem with one of the KAD's is, when the compressor has to come online, the engine indicators (like temp. volt etc.) goes to zero and the compressor then engages fully.
Our first idea is to renew the clutch unit with the diode in line. It seems to be a short-circuit, but no fuses are blowing out.
Does anyone has a suggestion or is this a common problem with this type of engine?
