I have a 6002B 6 hp Evinrude and it runs like a striped ape until you put the hood on it the it bogs down. I know I'm missing somewhere to adjust the high speed mixture but unfortunately am clueless as to where it is. Any suggestions as to where a greenhorn should start to look? Thanks for all your help.
