Water in my fuel tank!

I can't get the fuel tank out because it is burried underneath.

How do I get the water out? I bought a water/fuel seperater and used it and when I took it off there was water in the fuel. I bought a new water/fuel seperater. But I want to get the rest of the water out.

Is there a chemical I can pour into my tank that with get rid of the water or is that bad?

Do I run the tank dry and then fill up with new gas?

follow the fuel line to the tank, remove the line off the fitting and unscrew the fitting, stick a 4-5 foor piece of hose into the back bottom corner and with a cheap dc fuel pump pump the water and gunk off the bottom of the tank into a clear soda bottle stop the pump when you see clear fuel.

Crank the bow up if on a trailer first. Bow thru the fitting it is a one way valve make sure it is not clogged up.
