Suzuki 2006 DF250 throttle sticks after longer running times and can only be stopped by pulling emergency switch. The throttle cant be adjusted when
this happens. It does not happen when running short distances. Any thoughts? Thanks

Did you find the problem...help

There are some lubrication points on the throttle body in the area where the throttle and shift cables connect. Could have a cable binding due to corrosion in the cable. From a 2009 DF90A owners manual, yours might be different but should be similar. If grease doesn’t fix the issue you may have to disconnect the throttle cable to determine if your cable is seized or the throttle body is seized. There also should be a tension adjustment on the throttle control, try backing it out.
