hey all....had a few issues with my original ignition switch so got a new one off ebay...long story short got the wrong one....i have a 74 merc 1150 an on my remote control i have separate button for electric choke....the new switch i have is a push to choke style, the original harness for my ignition switch does not have wires for a magneto...the new switch does...can i still use the new switch with out those magneto wires hooked up?..any pro an cons?
