Thermostats - 292 Interceptor

I'd like to replace the thermostats on a rebuild of a 292 I have underway. I'm having trouble identifying the exact part number to order. I'd like the 160 deg units, but my auto parts store can't seem to find the proper thermostat to order. Any help or direction would be appreciated
