TAMD71B - Can Brass fitting with Oil Sensor be removed?

I've just picked up a used boat with TAMD71B's. As I was changing the oil I noticed that an Oil Sensor was leaking oil on the starboard side of my port engine. I removed the sensor and noticed that the brass fitting that the sensor was screwed into was damaged. As I tried to remove this fitting it became mangled. Can anyone tell me if these fittings are removable? Any advice on how best to remove this fitting now that it's mangled beyond repair?

Note that I answered my own question ... I removed the fitting with an EZ Out.
