My eyes are failing, as is my brain - connected freshwater flush muffs to outlet instead of inlet and ran my merc 115 outboard for a minute or so until high temp alarm sounded. I assume no damage would have been done, but wanted to make sure. It didn't get hot enough to do internal damage to the powerhead, but could water have got in somewhere it shouldn't have?
