Parts for a 1957 12hp M/W???

Some ole boy gave me this Sea King outboard. It needs the piston cover or plate that is on the side of the block. You can see the piston without the cover. It also need the breather, filter, or what ever goes on the front of the carb. I can't find any pics of this motor anywhere that shows this stuff. I don't know what the knobs on the front of the engine that says what they are or what they do. The motor has been painted black and the info is gone. Can anybody tell me where I might be able to get these parts? And can anybody tell me what those knobs are for?

The knobs on the front are for adjusting the needle valves on the carb for proper idle and high speed. As long as the cover is off take a look at the pistons and walls to see if they look scored.
