Electrical Problem - Reverse Polarity

I have a 2010 Calabria with a 5.7 Mercruiser. I unfortunately ended up reversing the polarity when I connected the second battery and the breakers tripped. I reset and checked the fuses under the dash (non were blown) but I still have no power anywhere.

Any other things to check?:(
 
You probably have a unique type of fuse on the starter. It's about the size of a sugar cube and all that good wires go to it. It has a thin brass strip around it an when it blows it's gone forever. I think it's stupid! Make an inline fuse link out of 10ga. and put a 40A fuse in it. Hook that thing from one side of the "sugar cube" to the other and if anything like this ever happens again you can just replace a fuse. In a perfect world that should fix everything.
